Designation: Customer Service

CTC -                                upto 2.60 LPA (PA) -Negotiable 

Experience -                     1 year

Notice Period -                30 days or less

Shift -                              Rotational day shift (8:00 AM - 10:30 Pm)







We are looking for a Customer Delight Associate in our Delights Team. Working in this team requires.

skill sets of great communications, handling irate customers and working with other departments.

One should be willing to think on the feet with excellent communication skills while delivering

exemplary customer service. He should have a knack of resolving customer’s issues and should have

the element of delighting the customer ingrained in him.





Roles and Responsibilities



Respond to inquiries and queries from customers and provide a thorough and speedy resolve via

Calls and Emails.

Log customer queries in CRM.

Keep follow up on open complaints and provide timely closures.

Provide feedback to Operations Team and Business Team on basis of customer VoC .



Requirements:



Excellent customer care skills.

Effective communication skills.

6 months experience in a Chat/E-mail process.

Proficient with Emails/chats.

Good with calculations.

Effective management (time and people) skills.

Ability to thrive effectively under pressure.

Good problem-solving skills.

Result oriented and driven.

Spontaneous and Innovative.
